Order Cancelation

If you want to cancel or alter your order, you need to call us at +91783-807-7220 or email us at contact@obenproducts.com, goods cancelation or any alterations in order should be made prior to dispatch of goods from your warehouse.

However OBEN Products (India) can at its own cancel or hold the order in the following event:

• If the product(s) are no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
• If there is any shortfall in the quantity ordered for the product(s).
• If the delivery address of the customer is inaccurate or incomplete.
• If there is any delay in paper work or road permit form and related documents from customer end.

If there is any such aforesaid circumstances takes place, OBEN Products (India) shall inform the customer as soon as possible. However if such circumstances still persists then OBEN Products (India) shall cancel the order after prior intimation to the customer and initiate refund if applicable.
