Product Return

The customer can initiate a request for product return within 72 hours of receipt of the delivery. The customer can drop an email at contact@obenproducts.com or can reach us at +91-783-807-7220 then after the things will be taken forward. Product Return is only allow in case where the delivered product does not matches with the product ordered. However the goods been checked before delivery from our warehouse.

The replacement procedure shall be initiated after customer replacement request and replacement shall be made within 30 days from the date of request. If the replacement product does not gets replaced within 30 days of promised date the customer should inform to us immediately.

The return and replacement of the product is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition
• Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
• The receipt of the original invoice should be available
• There should be no physical damage to the box or to the product
• There will be no return without original packaging and accessories
• Return request should be made within the specified time frame
